Welcome to CSTANJ CSPDWeek 2026

Your Guide to Personalized Scheduling with SchedThank you for registering for the 2026 Computer Science Professional Development Week (CSPDWeek 2026), taking place from August 3 to August 6, 2026. To ensure a seamless experience, we are utilizing the Sched platform to manage all session registrations and personalized agendas.

Getting Started with Sched

  • Sched Invitation Email Sent by    May 15, 2026
  • Workshop Selection Opens         May 15, 2026
  • CSPDWeek Kick-off (In-Person)     August 3, 2026

  1. Account Creation: You will receive an automated email from Sched with a link to create your attendee account. If you do not see it by May 16, please check your spam folder.
  2. Profile Setup: Once logged in, you can update your headshot and bio to network with other New Jersey K-12 educators.
  3. Browse Sessions: You can explore the full catalog by hovering over session titles to view descriptions, speaker information, and capacity status.
Building Your AgendaSessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend selecting your workshops as soon as the portal opens to secure your spot in popular sessions covering AI, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Physical Computing.
  • Select Sessions: Click the circular checkbox next to a session to add it to "My Schedule".
  • View session details by clicking on a session or hovering over it.
  • Switch between different schedule views using the “View as” dropdown menu. Once you select your preferred view, it will become your default each time you log in on the browser.
  • You can choose to show all sessions or filter to display only the sessions that are available for you to enroll in.
  • Use filters on the right-hand side to narrow down sessions based on what matters most to you. You can filter by date and session type.
  • Use search for your grade level. Use one or more of the following grade bands when searching
  • PreK–2
  • 3–5
  • 6–8
  • 9–12
  • Admin
  • You are already scheduled for the Keynotes and Opening and Closing sessions. They will appear on your schedule automatically.
  • Waitlists: If a session is full, you may join the waitlist. You will be automatically enrolled if a spot becomes available.
  • Capacity Alerts: The system will notify you if you attempt to register for overlapping sessions or if a session has reached its attendance limit.
  • View Your Schedule: Click download, PDF to see it all on one page.
Accessing Your Schedule On-the-Go Once your agenda is finalized, Sched provides several ways to keep your information accessible:
  • Sync to Calendar: You can sync your personalized CSPDWeek schedule with Google, Outlook, or Apple calendars.
  • Offline Access: Use the "Print" feature to save a PDF version of your schedule to your device.
  • Email Sharing: You can email your schedule directly to yourself or colleagues for easy reference.
Important Participation PoliciesTo remain eligible for the $900 stipend, please ensure your Sched agenda reflects participation in at least 27-28 of the 32 offered PD hours.
  • Monday, August 3: Attendance is required in-person at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
  • Virtual Sessions (Aug 4–6): For virtual workshops accessed via Sched, cameras must remain on and microphones muted unless otherwise instructed.
  • Active Engagement: Participants should not be driving or working during scheduled session hours.
