Some sessions have limited capacity, so only choose the sessions that you would like to attend. If a session is closed, you will be added to the waitlist.

Before choosing your sessions, view the Session Schedule by Grade Band, Day and Time
Check to make sure you are selecting sessions in your grade band.

Important Details
  1. All virtual sessions are recorded, so you can go back and watch sessions you missed.
  2. Make sure to read session descriptions and grade band recommendations before adding a session to your schedule. All session descriptions provide the grade bands.
  3. You can filter the sessions by grade band. Use filters on the right-hand side to narrow down sessions based on what matters most to you. You can filter by date and session type. Use search for your grade level. Use one or more of the following grade bands when searching: PreK–2, 3–5, 6–8, 9–12, Admin.
  4. If you chose a workshop marked Session 2, please make sure you also chose Session 1.
  5. All presenters will provide rest breaks during the sessions, including a lunch break if it is a full day session. There are opportunities for breaks throughout the day. Breaks are included in your time (so if it is a 9:00-4:00 session, you get credit for 7 hours, we do not deduct for breaks and lunch)
  6. If you are attending an in-person session on Wednesday, we have allocated travel and break times as a given to accommodate the logistics of attending in person. (Wednesday in-person counts as 8 hours).
  7. You need a total of 27.5 hours to receive the $900 stipend, as well as complete the pre and post conference and school year surveys.
  8. Cameras must be on and you should be actively engaged. No driving or working during a session.
  9. We are not counting hours to the minute. You should be actively participating in the morning and afternoon if you are taking shorter sessions.
  10. Some sessions are one hour, three hours, or a full day. Build your schedule to suit your needs. If you are taking shorter sessions (not full day) you should have time for lunch, presenters provide breaks.
  11. Monday is counted as 8 hours. You should have an additional 19-20 hours Tuesday - Thursday. If you are attending in-person sessions on Wednesday they are counted as 8 hours regardless of the session time.
  12. You can review your schedule and count your hours by downloading your schedule as a PDF.
