How to Check Your Hours Video


Please be sure to attend the end of conference Keynote at 2:00 on Thursday and the CSPDWeek NJ 2026: Virtual Wrap-Up & Celebration. These hours are part of the conference and required for your stipend. You will also receive important information in regards to receiving the stipend. 

Day 4 (Last Day) of Conference Reminders:
Please make sure you attend the last two sessions; Keynote and Closing Session. They are already on your schedule and cannot be removed. All surveys need to be completed today. Check your email for the end of day survey from Sched and post-conference survey from Redcap.

Orientation was on June 29 recording is available by clicking on the orientation session and clicking on the orange button.


Monday August 3rd is only days away. Get ready by following these steps:
1. Check your email for the pre conference survey which needs to be completed before Monday August 3rd.
2. We are located in the Brower Student Center at TCNJ.
3. Arrive at 8:00 am to check-in and breakfast.
4. Sessions begin at 8:30.
5. Bring a laptop or Chromebook and charger.
6. We are in two buildings on campus, watch the weather. Dress is casual and building temperature fluctuates.
7. Check your internet connection and access to Zoom Events. Go to any Tuesday session and make sure you can access the lobby.
8. Read the email sent on July 31st, the information below and on the Before You Go Webpage.

We have added many new sessions, check your schedule.
You can review your schedule and count your hours by downloading your schedule as a PDF.
The number of sessions does not represent the number of hours since some sessions are longer than 1 hour and could be a full day. Please view the PDF and count your hours.


Please ensure that your home internet connection, or the internet connection you will be using to attend the conference virtually, is working properly before July 29th. If you have Optimum Internet Provider, they have changed their security settings and you may have Zoom Events blocked.
 Test Your Internet Connection Before You Go Use this link to test your connection between July 27 and July 30. If you can access the lobby you know you are good.

It is now time to unenroll yourself from sessions you do not plan on attending (you will only get credit for attending one session during a specific time frame) you will not receive credit for hopping from session to session. You can watch the recordings for missed sessions.



Make your Profile Public so you can use your QR code for check-in and attendance.
  1. Click on your profile image in the top right corner, if you don't have an image yet, it is the last icon to the right of the QR code. 
  2. Next click on Edit Profile
  3. You can add an image (or avatar) and add your position (grade and subject you teach)
  4. Next click on your icon again, click privacy settings
  5. All the settings should be turned on

Conference Schedule
Day 1 is at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), Brower Student Center, 2000 Pennington Road, Ewing, NJ arrive at 8:00 am, Parking Lot 5. Overflow parking in Lots 3, 4, 6, and 7.
  • Bring a device with you that can access wifi outside of your school district.
  • If you are attending a Physical Computing session, bring a USB-C adapter.
  • If you are attending a Vibe Coding session, you need a Google account with access to Google AI Studio. If you are using a school Gmail account, confirm that you can access Google AI Studio and it isn't blocked by your district before arriving on August 3rd.
  • Take your attendance using the QR code on your badge

Day 2-4 are virtual - join Sched, click on your selected shedule, click Open Zoom (orange button), and you will see the Orientation lobby, click Join when the button turns blue.

Day 3 is an optional in-person day, if you are attending in-person, you must be enrolled in that session at least one week ahead of time to ensure the speaker has enough materials for all attendees


Check your CSTANJ membership status (you must be a member of the New Jersey chapter with an active membership when checks are sent in November). Confirm your membership status (watch the orientation recording to see how).

Make sure we have an up-to-date school email address, you need to work in a school district to qualify for the stipend.

Check your personal email daily for the end of session and end of day feedback forms. These completed forms are required to receive the stipend.

Check your email for the pre-survey on July 20 and post-survey from [email protected] and  [email protected], these surveys are required to receive the stipend.
