About me
My name is Caroline (Sosis) Etsch and I married into the farming industry 38 years ago. I now work on our fourth-generation family farm in Monroe Township, Middlesex County where for the past 20 years I have run an agritourism corn maze business, run a summer farm camp and school trips, run the accounting and employee management and any other job that comes along in the role of farm support. My passion is to create agriculturally literate citizens where "agriculture is valued by all."
I am past-President of the Middlesex County Board of Agriculture, immediate past-chair of NJ Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee, a Farm Bureau Communications Boot Camp graduate, and a proud graduate of Annie's Project. Since 2018, I have been the Program Leader for New Jersey Agriculture in the Classroom, as well as on the Executive Committee of the National Agriculture in the Classroom Organization (NAITCO), where I serve as an Eastern Representative. Our organization delivers student achievement by applying authentic, agricultural-based content to teach core curriculum concepts in science, social studies, language arts and nutrition.
